Local Church Internships
In the past it was considered that only big churches could ‘hire’ interns, however, churches of all sizes are realising the benefits of running a church internship program. Having one or more interns serve in your church throughout the week is a great opportunity to not only increase productivity, but to personally invest in a consistent, meaningful way into the lives of those with a heart to serve.
In preparing this program, CRC Training looked at several different internship models. During this process, what became very clear, that successful intern program are tailored to the local context and DNA of an individual church. As such, what we have provided is a guide template only, we recommend that it be molded and altered to suit the needs of your church. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, for more guidance.
